A list of eReaders with Text-to-Speech Capabilities:

eReaders are apps and programs that read and "speak" text to the reader. (text-to-speech) Some eReaders have added features such as highlighting, a dictionary, translators, etc. Some programs specialize on web content whereas others will read web, pdf(s) and ePub documents.

This program is offered as a free-trial for 30 days from Read and Write Gold. (Click on the icon above left to view the program) Program
connects as an extension to your Chrome browser. Reads and allows highlighting of Google Docs and documents in your Google Drive.

Word Talk is a free plugin that speaks the text in a Microsoft Word document and will highlight as it goes. It also has a talking dictionary and can
covert text-to-speech files and save as .wav or mp3 files.
